Hornet Development Ltd was incorporated as Marine Engineering/Diving and Logistics Company in 2005. With David Horne, operating as Technical and Operation Director.
We offer specialist personnel, expertise and resources to complete undersea activities and engineering tasks. We also provide design, construction and management services necessary to see your underwater project through to successful completion.
Hornet Development Limited is a specialist diving company. We have excelled in demanding marine and sub-marine environments for over 15 years.
As a marine engineering unit, the company has successfully completed diving and under water projects to include:

- Repairs
As a Diving Company, HDL uses surface demand LP compressor and has diver to surface communication.
We also incorporate SCUBA system where practicable. We have various rigging and tooling devices for construction including pneumatic tools and welding equipment.
